Shipping policy
We currently only ship in the United States.
Orders usually ship from Monday to Friday by USPS or UPS FedEx and DHL.
Shipping rates below:
DOMESTIC:
Free Shipping USA: 5 to 8 business days for orders $50 and up
Standard Shipping USA: 4 to 7 business days will cost $55.
INTERNATIONAL:
Free Shipping International: 6 to 18 Business Days
Standard Shipping International: 6 to 12 days will cost $75
The highest rate is applied once to the entire order.
While Suits makes every effort to comply with the delivery and delivery times indicated above, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return an item, you must initiate the return procedure upon receipt of the item.
Item not received
If you have successfully placed your order and still have not received the item, and the tracking status shows that the item has been delivered, we recommend that you contact your carrier to find your bag, as we have no control after the item is shipped in the package. (once from your carrier), but if the problem persists, email us at [email protected], we will do our best to help you. Sometimes tracking information is not available.
This could be due to a technical issue as the tracking information is not updated in the app. In this case, if you still cannot find your product, write to us at [email protected], and we will help you.
