Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you may not like your product, and we offer a 15-day period to return your product and refund if it is in good condition and has not been used. The return fee is $30, but you will need to return the package to us, so in case of a return, please contact us at [email protected] before returning the item. 

 

Note: A transaction fee + tax of 4.9% will be deducted in the event of a return or refund in all situations. Pay attention to the fact that these are third-party payment processing fees and not under Zoomfigy International's control.

Exchange:

So on exchange a product please contact us at Mail: [email protected] which we'll process the exchange a 30$ restocking fee may apply


Defected:

If you discover your order is flawed you'd wish to contact us at Mail: [email protected]  with photos of the Products product (no need to return the item) we'll immediately send a replacement

Products

Not as described or wrong Product:

If you discover your order is flawed you'd wish to contact us at Mail: [email protected]  with photos of the merchandise we'll provide a return shipping label once it’s tracking we'll ship a new Product immediately


Change of mind:

Don't agree with a change of mind. No returns or refunds will be issued. Please note that the color or texture may even differ from the photo, as each piece is natural and handmade.


Cancel order:

We usually ship orders immediately,

So if you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will send an invitation from the processing department, however, we do not guarantee that you will always return the order after receiving it. It releases after receiving the returned product and testing it, it will take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account, and we really try our best to make our customers happy.
